Here’s what you need to know about our cancellation and rescheduling policies: Rescheduling If you need to reschedule your reservation, we require at least 48 hours’ advance notice. When proper notice is given, we’ll issue you a credit equal to your deposit, which can be used toward any rental within 6 months of your original booking date. Reschedule requests made less than 48 hours before the rental start time will be treated as cancellations and are subject to our cancellation policy below. Cancellations When you reserve equipment, it becomes unavailable to other customers. Because of this, we have the following cancellation terms: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your rental start time will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the total rental price. Cancellations made within 72 hours of your rental start time will be charged the full rental amount. Same-day cancellations and No-Shows will also be billed the full rental amount. Holiday & Black-Out Dates Policy There are NO cancellations on holidays and black-out dates. If you reserve equipment for a holiday and cancel, you will be charged the full rental amount – no exceptions. Late Returns: 30 Minutes Late: $75 1 HR+ Late: $150 2 HR+ Late: $300 3 HR+ Late: Full Day Rental Cost

Yes – here’s what you need to know: UTVs – Must be washed and fueled before return. Dirt Bikes – Must be washed and fueled before return. Slingshots – Only need to be fueled before return. All rentals must be fueled with Premium Fuel. Avoid Extra Charges If a vehicle is returned unfueled or dirty, the following fees apply: Fueling Fee: $50–$100 Standard Wash Fee: $50 Excessive Dirt or Mud Wash: $150–$300 Want to Skip the Hassle? Consider the weather forecast when planning your trail rides. Dry and hot weather with afternoon thunderstorms are quite common, but a careful, properly prepared rider(s) will enjoy the experience regardless of the weather. Check the weather daily and dress appropriately. Protect your head, eyes, and extremities. Let someone know your travel plans and schedule. Here are a few common items that are often carried along as a part of an enjoyable trail ride. Water, nutritional drinks, etc. Think hydration. Container with food and snacks. Refresh your energy. Light coat, hat, sunscreen. Eye protection – goggles, glasses, etc. Helmets. Protect your noggin. ADAC Provides a DOT approved helmet to all participants. Hiking/outdoor/closed-toe shoes. Get out & check things out. Electronics – phone, camera, GPS, etc.​

Western Colorado is prone to ever changing weather. Most people say “just wait an hour” because the weather changes so rapidly. Due to this we as an outfitter are under no obligation to issue refunds or discounts as clearly stated in our cancellation policy. You are welcome to rebook or to use a credit towards future rentals. You will not be given a credit if you have already used your rental/tour time even with bad weather. Please come prepared with necessary ride gear for the weather. Adrenaline Driven Adventures runs its trips rain or shine however we will determine the safety of all tours and reserve the right to alter tours based on weather and terrain conditions. Any rescheduling fees will be waived.

Yes, we operate year round! The winter months in Western Colorado are very mild and are often the best months to rent our equipment.

All of our vehicles have current registration and permits for Colorado, and this is not the responsibility of the customer. Any permits required when traveling outside the state of Colorado, the responsibility falls on the renter.

A security deposit is required to rent any equipment. It will be a minimum of $1,500/machine depending on the equipment rented. This is collected upon arrival and will be charged as a pending transaction. This ensures that our equipment will return in the condition it leaves in. Once equipment is returned it will go thru a full service inspection. If not damage is found your deposit hold will be released. It can take 7-10 business days to show the authorization of that pending transaction is voided. If damage has occurred, the entire deposit hold will be collected immediately and begin the damage inspection process.

Our hours of operation vary throughout the year but are at the minimum 9-5:00pm for the majority of the year. We follow the light of day and will normally allow you to enjoy the day start to finish! We believe in all day adventure!

We are thrilled to offer each of our UTV, Slingshot & Snowmobile customers a Digital Mapping System, conveniently in your vehicle! Trail systems and options will be offered to you during your adventure! For dirt bike customers we highly recommend downloading onX off road trail map.

You must be 21 years old with a valid driver's license to rent any of our equipment. If you have minor passengers in the vehicle (under 18) the renter/driver is required to be 25 years old.

We offer the largest selection of well-maintained vehicles in Colorado! Vehicles are current year models with low miles/hours and are inspected after every ride.
